2025 Success. 2026 Ready.
Frederick, CO, 12/22/25 – As the year comes to a close, Fleet EForce extends warm holiday wishes to our customers, partners, and communities. 2025 was a year of rapid growth, deeper customer support, and major investments to keep electric buses on the road. We’re grateful for your trust—and energized to serve you even better in 2026.
2025 Highlights
- Served 150 fleets across the U.S. and Canada.
- Team Growth: We expanded from 6 to 18 team members, building on-the-ground capacity in Colorado, South Carolina, California, Texas, and Louisiana.
- Nationwide Tech Coverage: Our 8 EV technicians support fleets anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. Each brings strong electric-bus experience, and we’re actively cross-training across brands to maximize flexible coverage.
- Customer-First Account Management: We launched a three-person Account Management team for rapid, proactive support—Lori Anspach (West) and Donna McLeod (East) operating under Josh Walker’s leadership.
- Unmatched Parts Depth: We invested in over $3 million of parts for Proterra, Lion, and Lightning While no one can stock everything, we’re confident we have more of the critical parts than anyone else—reducing lead times and accelerating repairs.
“2025 proved what a focused, mission-driven team can do for the electric bus market,” said Robert Fenwick-Smith, CEO of Fleet EForce. “In 2026 we’ll build on this momentum—more coverage, more parts, faster support—so operators can count on reliable support and real results.”
Looking Ahead to 2026
In the new year, Fleet EForce will:
- Expand technician coverage to shorten travel distances and response times
- Grow parts inventory and supplier relationships to further reduce lead times
- Enhance preventive-maintenance programs and remote diagnostics for higher fleet uptime
From our Fleet EForce family to yours: happy holidays and a safe, prosperous New Year. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to helping you keeping your buses rolling in 2026.
