Fleet EForce Announces Coast-to-Coast EV Tech Coverage
Frederick, CO, 11/04/25 — Fleet EForce Inc. today announced nationwide coverage with eight highly experienced EV technicians serving transit and school bus operators across the United States and Canada. The team specializes in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing electric buses from Proterra, Lion Electric, Collins, and New Flyer. This footprint has been built within 18 months of the company’s founding in April 2024, and coverage will continue to grow until Fleet EForce has EV techians within 150 miles of 80% of the electric buses in the United States.

With technicians now positioned across the country, Fleet EForce is able to minimize travel time and expense for agencies. In many cases a technician can drive to the customer site. But our team is also ready to fly to remote locations when needed. Recent deployments included a technician traveling to Montana, supporting a Lion Electric school bus customer and another traveling to Canada to replace batteries on a Proterra buse. Fleet EForce maintains three EV technicians at its Denver headquarters, delivering unique Inter-Mountain West coverage and rapid response for agencies throughout the region.
This national service network is backed by a large EV aftermarket parts warehouse in Denver and what the company believes is the broadest supply chain in the industry, enabling fast diagnostics, quick-turn repairs, and reduced downtime.
“Finding experienced EV techs is very difficult, but we are finding that our story and culture appeal to those EV techs truly interested in making a difference,” said Will Adams, Service Manager at Fleet EForce. “Agencies have varying technical support needs but always need experienced EV techs who can rapidly supplement their team and perform complex repairs.”
