This rigorous training, combined with an investment in specialty equipment, ensures that Fleet EForce is now fully qualified to maintain and repair Proterra Battery Packs, which are utilized in many of the industry’s leading commercial EVs, including transit buses manufactured by Proterra Inc., Thomas School Buses, Lightning eMotors trucks and buses, Collins School Buses, and Van Hool coaches. The company is now performing Proterra battery services at both its facilities in Colorado and on-site at customer locations, offering unparalleled flexibility and convenience to its clients.
To further support this service expansion, Fleet EForce has invested in a substantial inventory of Proterra Battery Packs and spare parts, ensuring that it can provide complete battery solutions to its customers. Since the training, Fleet EForce’s technicians have successfully replaced and repaired several Proterra Battery Packs for clients in Colorado. Each of these repairs was completed in less than 2 days, helping its customers meet their uptime requirements. Fleet EForce’s technicians have now also started repairing buses manufactured by Proterra Inc. throughout the USA, from repairing batteries to replacing inverters, enabling operators to put vehicles back on the road.
